  • Research & Updates: Stay current with accessibility standards, legal requirements, and emerging assistive technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Python automation frameworks (Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework).
  • Ability to integrate Axe-Core accessibility API with Python test automation.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA attributes, and DOM inspection for accessibility validation.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to guide development teams during requirements gathering, design, and implementation phases for accessibility compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS) highly desirable.
  • Experience with mobile accessibility testing (iOS/Android) using Python-based Appium test scripts.
  • Prior experience in inclusive design practices and diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of integrating accessibility checks in CI/CD pipelines using Python tools.
