Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6-12 month contract, with potential to extend or convert full time

Job description:
- Needs 4 Sr. Engineers for our eCRM project, ideally with experience in AI and/or Agentforce.
- Salesforce AI cert is perfect, any AgentForce is great
- Taking over support tickets initially, other work streams (contact center, etc.) they'll support moving forward
- Login assist exp is helpful, KM (knowledge Management) side exp is also very helpful
