We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Core HR Lead with 8+ years of expertise in SAP Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will lead the Core HR module implementation and support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategies. This role demands strong functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in SAP HCM Core modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM Core HR modules (OM, PA, Time Management).
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and support teams.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Core HR modules.
  • Proven experience in leading SAP HCM implementations or rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Evaluation, and ESSMSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP HCM certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global HR transformation projects.
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and HR Analytics tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
