Agile Process Facilitation: Lead and coach teams in Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and other relevant frameworks. Ensure teams understand and follow Agile principles and ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).

Delivery of large-scale, complex software products via coordination & management of multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART). Ensure all teams are in sync, meet delivery timelines and adhere to Agile practices, while facilitating continuous improvement in processes.

Release Train Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring multiple Agile teams work in alignment to achieve project goals, deadlines, and quality standards.

Program Increment (PI) Planning: Facilitate PI planning sessions, ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and business objectives. Help teams define deliverables and goals for each PI.
