Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $108,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Architect - Healthcare to join our team and help lead the design of impactful healthcare environments.
  • In this role, you will guide and support architects through the full design process on small to mid-sized projects-providing direction, supervision, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of complete, accurate, and timely design documents.


The ideal candidate brings:

  • At least eight years of relevant experience
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
  • Active architectural licensure
  • Strong expertise in Revit, building codes, documentation, and constructability
  • Solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, designers, construction teams, and consultants.
  • Support and lead a team of architects and designers through the design process for small to mid-sized projects.
  • Create complete and thorough sets of design documents to meet project goals, milestones, and schedules.
  • Lead detailing efforts for construction documents and oversee the construction phase.
  • Facilitate design meetings, consultant meetings, and project team meetings.
  • Coordinate project design schedules and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Research and lead code reviews and regulatory approval processes.
  • Manage and coordinate quality assurance/quality control processes and project specifications.
  • Identify and communicate deviations in project scope or design.
  • Perform tasks with a high level of collaboration and set an example for others.
  • Establish and pursue annual goals based on personal and professional growth.
  • Ensure project goals of design excellence, execution, and sustainability.
  • Direct, supervise, and mentor junior staff.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Bluebeam.
  • LEED AP and/or WELL AP certifications.
