Job Overview:
The QA/Business Execution Consultant will play a critical role in consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. The candidate will review and analyze multifaceted challenges, contribute to resolutions, and strategically collaborate with client personnel. This role involves auditing, testing, and validating processes, particularly focusing on written supervisory procedures (WSPs), and ensuring their effectiveness through the creation of a mini-audit system.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the CIB Supervisory Framework.
  • Perform quality assurance of processes defined in Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs).
  • Identify opportunities to harmonize supervisor processes.
  • Define requirements to enhance evidencing of supervisory processes.
  • Design and implement monitoring controls or processes.
  • Perform analysis of required data components for control activities to automate where feasible.
  • Execute control activities in BAU and partner with business counterparts to escalate identified exceptions.
  • Communicate and train employees on new and/or enhanced related controls.
  • Maintain supervision standards, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist with the development and BAU execution of controls.
  • Partner with 2LoD Compliance to review Market Conduct and Supervision-related procedures.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and materials to communicate control outcomes and other key metrics.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, or military service.
  • Experience with WSPs (written supervisory procedures).
  • Ability to audit controls and processes, analyzing gaps in effectiveness.
  • Risk/control evaluation expertise.
  • QA process testing experience.
  • Understanding of trade regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS platforms (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills (Not Required):
  • Middle office operations experience with an understanding of the business and trading products.
  • Consulting experience.

Interview Process:
  • 30-minute video interview covering experience and education.

Additional Notes:
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
  • Approved locations: New York, NY (42nd Street) and Charlotte, NC (550 S Tryon).
