Director Energy Networks- (Advanced Principal Systems Strategist)
Compensation: $185,000 - $220,000 annual salary + equity + benefits (DOE)

Responsibilities
- System Architecture Leadership: Engineer and oversee the deployment of multifaceted energy systems, integrating solar arrays, battery storage, power converters, and backup generation into cohesive, scalable solutions.
- Vision & Roadmapping: Define and execute a forward-looking strategy for our energy technology suite. Ensure alignment with regulatory trends, emerging tech, and commercial viability.
- Client-Facing Expertise: Serve as the go-to technical authority for executive stakeholders. Translate complex requirements into actionable, cost-effective designs.
- Team Formation & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performance engineering team. Foster collaboration across R&D, product, and commercial units to deliver seamless solutions.
- Industry Advocacy: Represent the company as a thought leader in energy reliability, smart grid integration, and control systems. Support sales and marketing through technical enablement and training.
- High level strategic thinker with a strong electrical engineering background and a knack for translating innovation into impact.
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience: minimum of 12 years in technical leadership roles within energy infrastructure, renewables, or grid modernization
- Technical Expertise: Proven command of data center micro-grid systems, energy storage, power electronics, and integration with mission-critical loads
- Business Insight: Demonstrated success aligning technical solutions with business goals
- Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically
- Leadership experience at the director or manager level
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant technical discipline
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks for grid-connected energy systems
