Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

- Track and report key metrics such as drill counts, footage, and job progress using GIS tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client expectations.
- Communicate regularly with municipalities, stakeholders, and remote teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects in telecom or construction.
- Fiber Optic Construction: Hands-on experience with underground fiber builds and directional drilling.
- Field Operations Oversight: Skilled in coordinating daily field activities and managing cross-functional teams.
- Reporting & Documentation: Strong proficiency in tracking project metrics and maintaining accurate records.
- GIS Tools (ESRI): Familiarity with geographic information systems for mapping and tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within telecom, utilities, or construction.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with IQ GEO or other GIS platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with high-profile clients.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with municipalities and navigating permitting processes.
