Job Details:

  • Lead onsite discovery phase for SAP Success Factor implementation.
  • Collaborate and map them to employee central functionality.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews across business units.
  • Deliver detailed minutes of meeting (MoMs), discussion documents and presentation materials.
  • Finalize and validate employee central workbook templates.
  • Develop a project plan outlining the implementation roadmap, timeline deliverables and dependencies.
  • Work with the offshore based team and provide inputs on data migration and integration with third party such as ADP.
