Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a contract with a client in Irvine, CA. This role requires strong expertise in Snowflake and data pipeline tools like Matillion or ADF, along with experience in data modeling and SFDC.
Rate Range: $56/hour to 71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $71.00 per hour

System Administrator job responsibilities include:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor system health and security, applying patches, updates, and antivirus measures as needed.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain data integrity and system security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations, ensuring business continuity.
- Document system configurations and procedures and collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in system administration and IT infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with server management, user access controls, and troubleshooting across Windows/Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of backup solutions, security protocols, and system performance monitoring tools.
