Job Description:
Title: Sr JDE Analyst
Location: San Antonio, Texas (Lackland AFB)
Schedule: Monday through Friday standard 40 hour work week with core hours
Job Type: 6 month contract to hire
Openings: 1
Target Start Date: ASAP
Interview Process: 1-2 rounds
Clearance Requirement: ACTIVE Top Secret clearance

Brief description of the project: This role will be the Commands expert on the weapon systems, responsible for knowing the system, the issues with the system, advocating for the AF headquarters and Cyber Command. You will be liaison for program commander with the unit level folks and combat command. You will not work with systems directly but will be experts on the systems with the higher command.

  • Management Analyst.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering and identify key themes, trends, and opportunities from complex data sets.
  • Capture, synthesize, and summarize key points from interviews, focus groups, and internal meetings, translating insights into draft deliverables and products.
  • Develop creative and innovative solutions to client issues and project approaches.
  • Develop accurate and complete staff documentation to support project execution and completion.
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically and learn quickly; critical thinker, analyst, and active listener.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously.

Must have skills/technologies:
  • 1 Tour at a high NCO level or Mid-level Officer working with Joint Cyber Weapons (JCW) providing policy and guidance on offensive cyber weapons

Nice to haves' skills/technologies:
  • PMP Certification
