Job Title: Integration Specialist
Work Location: Princeton NJ
Work Mode: Hybrid (3days/week onsite)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end integration of Rights solution into client s ecosystem
Develop a strategic roadmap for integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Define integration patterns, data flows, and architecture to optimize system performance
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and IT policies
Oversee API usages, middleware configuration, and data synchronization between Rights solution and other interfacing systems (e.g., ERP, DAM, CMS, others)
Work closely with stakeholders and third-party vendor(s) to ensure smooth API and cloud-based integrations
Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and implement best practices
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams & Rights vendor; and conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and map them to Rights solution capabilities
Integration Design: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and internal stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable, efficient, and robust integration solutions
Development: Utilize expertise in integration technologies (such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, GraphQL) to develop custom integration solutions tailored to clients' needs
Testing: Define testing frameworks for integration validation, including unit, system, and end-to-end testing
Deployment: Manage the deployment process of integration solutions, working closely with the IT operations team to ensure seamless deployment and minimize downtime
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures, to facilitate smooth integration processes for clients and internal teams.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery and adoption of integration solutions
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and process efficiency, on need basis
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, GraphQL, and middleware technologies
Good to have experience with AWS, or other cloud-based platforms.
Understanding of enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or digital asset management tools are preferred
Knowledge of rights management systems and digital content workflows is a plus
Experience in publishing, media, or entertainment industries
Hands-on experience with ETL, data mapping, and API gateways
