Job Title: Senior Signavio Business Process Developer (ITSM Transformation)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking Senior Signavio Developers to support ITSM transformation initiatives through effective process modeling, documentation, and improvement. This role requires strong experience in business process management (BPM), IT service management frameworks, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to create clear, scalable, and standardized IT processes. The successful candidate will leverage Signavio and other process modeling tools to design future-state workflows aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Current-State Analysis: Engage stakeholders to map and document existing IT processes (incident, change, request, asset lifecycle) using BPMN notation in Signavio. Identify undocumented or informal processes and capture pain points.
- Future-State Design: Collaborate with process owners to design streamlined workflows aligned with ITIL best practices. Propose automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead workshops, translate technical processes into accessible documentation, and gain buy-in from both technical and non-technical teams.
- Documentation & Governance: Produce high-quality process maps, workflows, and governance documentation to serve as a foundation for training and process adherence.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the Process Governance function to ensure processes are scalable, connected, and adaptable to organizational needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in process modeling and business process management.
- Proven experience with Signavio, Visio, ARIS, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with BPMN notation standards.
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL 4) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy).
- Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL 4 certification, BPMN certification, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in ITSM transformation projects.
- Exposure to automation opportunities within ITSM tools.
