Education and Certification

High school diploma or Bachelor s degree, or equivalent industry experience.

Required Experience

Over 5 years of experience in IP network troubleshooting, including diagnosing and resolving connectivity and performance issues.

More than 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing DNS for enterprise

environments.

3+ years of experience utilizing monitoring tools such as Splunk and SolarWinds to ensure network performance and availability.

2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM tools for incident, change, and problem management.

2+ years of experience developing and maintaining server batch scripts to automate routine tasks and system processes.

2+ years of experience with Cisco network tools, including ISE and Catalyst, for network access control and infrastructure management.

Over 2 years of technical writing experience, producing clear documentation, SOPs, and user guides for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

Experienced with mainframe batch processing and scheduling of enterprise workloads.

Proficient in Python scripting for automation and process improvement.

Working knowledge of Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.

Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding technical teams and projects.

Strong customer service orientation, ensuring prompt and effective support.

Effective self-management skills, consistently delivering results with minimal supervision.
