Position: Silicon Technical Program Manager II
Location: Sunnyvale, California

Job Overview:
The primary role of the Technical Program Manager II is to ensure the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across multiple projects and related activities. This position demands experience in SoC, IP, and Silicon Development, along with familiarity in Design, Verification, and Architecture. Preferred skills include Logic Design, Simulation, DFT, PD, and Timing Analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, while managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
  • Engage in program-level strategic planning, complex issue resolution, and team building.
  • Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, time estimation, schedule development, budget management, and status reporting.
  • Manage issue and risk resolution, contingency planning, and communication across multiple organizational levels.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and vendor/customer interaction and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and improve business processes for efficiency.
  • Strong risk assessment skills and the ability to apply management principles to technology applications and business functions.
  • Capability to analyze program-level data to uncover insights and support decision-making.
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Silicon Development.
  • Familiarity with Design, Verification, and Architecture, including skills like Logic Design, Simulation, DFT, PD, and Timing Analysis.
  • PMP or PMI certification preferred.

Pay Range: $85-95/hr on W2
