Position: Desktop Support Specialist

Locations: Shelton, CT (100% On-Site)

Duration: 6-Months Contract-to-Hire

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years hands-on desktop and client-support experience
  • Level 1 and 2 Support
  • Must have experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and prefer experience and knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Microsoft O365

  • iOS, Android, Windows Phone

Job Overview:
  • Track, support, and remediate problems, requests, and document resolutions
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets both technical and business opportunities
