Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA (Finance & Treasury)

San Jose, CA (Hybrid - 2x/week)

Role Summary

The Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA (Finance & Treasury) will lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with a strong focus on Finance and Treasury domains. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, financial process transformation, and governance across multi-vendor, global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in SAP program/project management with at least 2 large SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury.
  • Proven experience leading global ERP transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Group Reporting, Embedded Analytics).
  • Experience managing multi-vendor and system integrator landscapes.
  • Expertise in program governance, financial management, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S/4HANA Finance or Treasury certification.
  • Experience with brownfield and greenfield SAP transformations.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience in regulated industries (banking, manufacturing, utilities, life sciences).
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
