About the Role

We're seeking a Client Success Specialist with direct experience using or supporting CRM systems in an automotive dealership environment. This person will serve as a bridge between our Salesforce consultants and the real-world dealership operations, ensuring our clients are getting the support they need and that our solutions match the unique rhythms of the retail auto space.

This role involves working directly with clients, resolving issues, offering training and guidance, and helping translate dealership needs into actionable CRM strategies. While Salesforce experience is a plus, we're primarily looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of dealership CRMs like VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK CRM, or others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of automotive clients using our Salesforce-based CRM solutions
  • Provide first-level CRM support, triage issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for dealership personnel
  • Translate dealership workflows into CRM configurations or enhancement requests
  • Support adoption and change management within the client teams
  • Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge base
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements or upsell opportunities based on client usage

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a CRM system in a dealership setting
  • Deep familiarity with dealership sales and/or service processes
  • Experience with tools like VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be comfortable working directly with clients
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients or issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus , but not required (we'll train you)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience in a BDC or CRM management role within a dealership
  • Previous exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Automotive Cloud
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing support roles
