Job Description:
INTEGRATIONS MANAGER DORCHESTER (onsite 3 days a week) | temp to perm
Integration Manager - Systems & Data Platforms is responsible for end-to-end systems and data integrations across our enterprise ecosystem. This role bridges IT, business systems, and data engineering, managing both strategic implementation and tactical support of APIs, EDI, iPaaS tools (SPS Commerce, Fivetran, Celigo, Workato), and custom scripting via Lambda, Python and SQL. The Integration Manager will drive new integrations, maintain existing ones, and own Tier 2/3 escalation support in close collaboration with our IT Helpdesk, data teams, and business stakeholders.

- Industry: Ecommerce is necessary
- ETL/Data Mapping background
- Need to be able to solution map
- Nice to Have:
- EDI
- Celigo-- Shopify to NetSuite
- Boomi
- Could be some Cloud storage projects-- so some sort of experience here Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform
- Ongoing maintenance of each one of these integrations
- Monitoring, maintenance, continuing with KPI's
- 90% hands on and 10% talking to business
Integration Development & Management
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, SQL, and Python
- Define and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, and reusable design patterns
- Manage iPaaS platforms including Celigo, Workato, Fivetran, and SPS Commerce
- Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and experience working with transaction sets (e.g., 850, 856, 810)
- Ensure scalability, error handling, and security in all integration flows
- Ensure integrations align with data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable)
Project & Implementation Leadership
- Lead integration projects from planning through deployment and hypercare
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics
- Coordinate vendors and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality goals
- Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, test plans, and change logs for all integrations
Support & Maintenance (Tier 2/3)
- Act as escalation point for complex integration issues from IT Helpdesk
- Monitor integration performance and resolve failures proactively
- Maintain SLAs for system uptime, data sync accuracy, and resolution times
- Define KPIs for integration success (latency, reliability, data quality, error rate) and create dashboards for leadership visibility
- Provide technical support during audits, upgrades, or system transitions
Must-Have:
- 6+ years in system integration, data engineering, or IT application support
- Proficiency in APIs (REST, SOAP), SQL, Python, and cloud functions (e.g., Azure, AWS Lambda)
- Experience managing iPaaS tools (Workato, Celigo, SPS Commerce, Fivetran or similar)
- Ability to manage integration projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with business functions to support eCommerce, ERP, WMS or DW integrations
- Background in supply chain, logistics, retail, or ecommerce environments
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with version control (Git), Postman, and CI/CD workflows
Certifications in Workato, Celigo, or AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure a plus Strong understanding of data models and ETL pipelines
