Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet customer needs. This role involves the full software development lifecycle-from architecture design and coding to testing, deployment, and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with customers to deliver user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-focused solutions. Design and develop software using modern tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies. Evaluate application requirements and determine appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies. Create high-level architecture designs outlining structure, components, and interfaces. Work closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other stakeholders. Define and implement testing strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. Continuously improve application performance and adopt new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Apply best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Implement security measures to protect user data, including encryption and anonymization. Develop intuitive and interactive user interfaces. Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using server-side technologies. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to industry collaborations and innovation.
