We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst III to join our team on a contract basis in a hybrid work model. In the first 30 days, you will be required to work in the office, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days after that period.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate current IT systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Gather and document user requirements to ensure systems meet their needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, IT teams) to define project scope and deliverables
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements specifications
  • Identify, document, track, and escalate system issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for future reference and training
  • Support the implementation and testing of new or modified systems
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) and user experience (UX) principles
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and basic data manipulation is a plus:
  • Denver Tech Center (DTC) - First 30 days in office, then Hybrid (3 days in office)
