Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant with Zuora and Netsuite

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to support the rollout of a newly built Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations with Zuora and NetSuite. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, an eye for detail in testing, and the ability to triage and resolve issues during UAT and Go-Live phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions

Participate in end-to-end testing of the newly built Salesforce platform, including CPQ and integrated systems (Zuora, NetSuite)

Identify, triage, and track defects and issues, working with development teams to resolve them promptly

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with end users, documenting feedback, and ensuring test coverage

Assist with go-live planning and post-deployment support

Provide functional expertise on Salesforce capabilities and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong techno-functional background

Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ

Solid understanding of Salesforce-Zuora and Salesforce-NetSuite integrations

Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist)

Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations or migrations

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
