RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Manufacturing Systems Project Lead on a contract basis.
Summary:
In this role, you will be tasked with leading the deployment of mission-critical manufacturing execution system (MES) and data initiatives across the organization. The Remote Manufacturing Systems Project Lead will also be responsible for organizing and leading the complex integration of production equipment and In-Process Control (IPC) testing equipment directly into the MES to enable real-time data capture and workflow control, as well as spearheading the development and implementation of production reporting solutions that leverage data stored in the Data Historian and Data Warehouse.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have an Associates degree level qualification or higher
* Must have 15+ years of experience within a highly regulated industry
* Must have strong experience and deep understanding of MES technologies
* Must have a strong understanding of enterprise IT system architecture, data flow, and infrastructure components relevant to a manufacturing environment
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have proven ability to successfully lead and deliver large-scale, multi-site implementation projects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
