Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and alignment of enterprise-wide architecture strategies that support business goals and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to define the organization s enterprise architecture vision, ensure business and IT alignment, and drive efficiency across systems, processes, and data frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with executive leadership to translate corporate strategy into actionable and measurable business architecture plans.
  2. Analyze and model business processes, data flows, and operational workflows to establish a unified enterprise view.
  3. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including capability maps, process diagrams, and flowcharts.
  4. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
  5. Partner with IT teams to align business architecture with system and application strategies.
  6. Engage stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure enterprise-wide alignment with business objectives.
  7. Establish and enforce governance structures to maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  8. Monitor projects to ensure adherence to architecture guidelines and performance metrics.
  9. Prepare presentations and formal briefings to communicate proposed architecture solutions to leadership.
  10. Maintain awareness of emerging technologies to inform future-state planning and support business transformation goals.
  11. Conduct business transformation readiness assessments, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth implementation.
  12. Provide technical leadership in defining, designing, and optimizing enterprise solutions and integration architectures.
  13. Deliver business architecture analysis and workflows that improve operational efficiency and enable strategic growth.
  14. Assist stakeholders with build vs. buy decisions and vendor solution assessments.
  15. Integrate cybersecurity principles into all aspects of enterprise architecture design.
  16. Apply established architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
  17. Maintain strong knowledge across technology domains including application, data, and infrastructure architectures.
  18. Ensure architecture solutions comply with regulatory and industry standards.
  19. Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to address complex organizational challenges.
  20. Lead organizational change management to transition from current to future state architectures effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT or technology, including successful implementation of enterprise solutions.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical architecture and design.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF frameworks.
  • Strong background in cloud architecture, integration, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience briefing senior leadership
