Job Details

We re seeking an experienced Workforce Strategy & Reorganization Program Manager to support a major workforce transformation within a large aviation technology organization. This role partners closely with Directors, Managing Directors, and VPs to execute organizational restructuring, workforce movement (onshore/offshore), and labor strategy changes.

*This role will require onsite work in Fort Worth, TX*

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution of a large-scale workforce transformation.
  • Lead meetings with senior executives to review reorganization designs.
  • Capture and communicate meeting notes and action items.
  • Coach leaders on org design, workforce alignment, and ideal team structure.
  • Manage workforce changes using SuccessFactors/Employee Central and Microsoft tools.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Compensation on labor and workforce adjustments.
  • Support labor-related discussions across multiple locations, including offshore hubs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Workforce Strategy & Planning (organizational redesign).
  • 5+ years Program/Project Management experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Lists, PowerBI).
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar workforce systems.
  • Background supporting large enterprise restructuring (5k+ employees).
