Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Janesville, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in ERP systems and integration technologies, aiming to drive organizational success within the manufacturing industry. The role requires expertise in training, testing, change management, and project management, with a focus on leveraging tools like D365, Power BI, and other integration platforms.
Responsibilities:
Lead ERP system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and conduct training sessions to promote functional best practices for D365.
Oversee testing processes to ensure system reliability and functionality.
Manage change initiatives to support organizational transitions and improve adoption rates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Create and maintain custom reports, transitioning to Power BI for enhanced data visualization.
Utilize advanced integration technologies to optimize system performance and connectivity.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide guidance on organizational change management strategies to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP systems and integration management.
Proficiency in D365 functionality, testing, and training methodologies.
Strong knowledge of Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
Expertise in change management and organizational transitions.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with integration technologies such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Advanced understanding of business process functions and system integrations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration.
