Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Specialist to join our team for a long-term remote contract. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud, with relevant experience in development or support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud to enhance and maintain marketing campaigns and workflows.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for various tasks, including building and executing customer journeys, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data within the Marketing Cloud environment.
- Integrate Salesforce Commerce with other systems through API calls, utilizing Postman for testing and scripting.
- Support the management of Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring seamless operations between Salesforce Commerce and OMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements within the Salesforce environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 4-6 years of overall experience in Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with API integration, including calling APIs and writing/testing Postman scripts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities.
- Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and how they interact with Salesforce Commerce.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in both development and support roles within Salesforce Commerce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
