Job Description Product Manager_Global Real Estate & Facilities
Summary:
The Product Manager builds and leads identification, selection and deployment of technology products and data solutions that enable efficient, secure, and sustainable management of client s global real estate and facilities portfolio. This role owns product strategy, delivery, and lifecycle across a broad scope of systems involved in facility planning and operations (e.g. space & occupancy, CMMS, BAS/OT integrations, inventory/parts management, drawing/CAD, capital planning, and analytics). The Product Manager partners with real estate, facilities operations, finance, IT, external vendors, and service providers to deliver data-driven tools that optimize space, reduce cost, improve the employee experience, and support enterprise objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
o Define, own, and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned Enterprise objectives (space optimization, service efficiency, sustainability, cost reduction, and employee experience).
o Develop product OKRs and business cases to prioritize investments across initiatives and external partners.
End-to-End Delivery Ownership:
o Lead product lifecycle from discovery (PRFAQ/business case) through design, development, release, and ongoing optimization.
o Manage product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering/IT, UX, DevOps, and vendor teams to deliver iteratively.
Integrations & Technical Enablement:
o Lead a team of architects and vendor partners to deliver integrated solutions
o Work with enterprise architecture, security, and data engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, including SSO, data residency, and compliance across geographies.
Data & Analytics:
o Drive master data strategy to unify assets, locations, leases, work order history, inventory, drawing metadata, and financials
o Partner with data engineers and data scientists to deliver occupancy analytics, forecasting, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and sustainability metrics.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders (real estate planners, finance, HR, IT) and external vendors to align on requirements, priorities, and manage vendor scope and delivery.
o Represent product status and trade-offs to senior leadership and global regions; ensure global rollout plans meet regional contractual and operational requirements.
- Financial & Operational Outcomes
o Incorporate TCO, and capital/operational budgeting into prioritization and development of business cases
o Define and track KPIs: space utilization, MAC cycle time, asset uptime/MTTR, cost per sq ft, CMMS adoption, parts fulfillment SLA, project delivery metrics, and sustainability outcomes.
Adoption & Change Management:
o Drive adoption through stakeholder enablement, training plans, launch communications, and feedback mechanisms. Measure and iterate based on operational outcomes.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years product management, program management, or equivalent experience delivering technical products or internal enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and working with engineering, data, UX, and vendor partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in matrixed/global organizations.
- Familiarity with corporate real estate, facilities management, construction/project processes, or strong business/financial acumen relevant to asset/lease management.
- Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, real estate, or a related field.
- Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and global rollouts; familiarity with SSO, data residency, and privacy/regulatory constraints.
