Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Analyst III to join our team! In this role you will get to leverage your skills in support of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's Tuberculosis (TB) elimination mission.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support Tuberculosis trials research activities
  • Support development, enhancement and maintenance of an existing web-based study data and operations management system, and storage of all data.
  • Support system management of regulatory aspects of protocol compliance.
  • Provide user support and support system security and web application certification

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • At least 12 years of combined higher education and experience
  • Deep knowledge in systems analysis, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and database management systems (SQL).
  • Skills in managing large datasets typical of clinical trials including data cleaning, validation, analysis, and reporting. Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS or SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams including clinicians/researchers involved in TB research; fostering partnerships with external organizations such as public health agencies or other consortia engaged in similar work.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Experience working with CDC
  • Clinical trials knowledge including an understanding of the clinical trials process specifically related to infectious diseases like tuberculosis. This includes familiarity with trial design, regulatory requirements, data collection methods, patient recruitment strategies, and ethical considerations.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems used specifically within clinical trials for capturing participant data efficiently while ensuring accuracy/integrity of the information collected.
  • Knowledge of regulations governing clinical research such as Good Clinical Practice (Google Cloud Platform), HIPAA for patient privacy, etc.

Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
