Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant Job Architecture

Location: Remote (Minimal travel to FL, TX, NC, GA, CA,TN)

Start Date: August 25, 2025

Length of Assignment: 12 Months + ext

Overview:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with deep experience in HR transformation and Job Architecture initiatives to support a large-scale integration of three healthcare organizations undergoing a major consolidation and spin-off.

The client is merging multiple entities under a new holding company, implementing a new HRIS system, and rolling out a new operating model that impacts every facet of HR. This role will focus heavily on change management related to the new Job Architecture framework, which is being designed in partnership with an external consulting firm. The environment is complex, high-impact, and fast-moving, requiring a strong OCM professional who can navigate resistance, unify messaging across multiple organizations, and ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Organizational Change Management strategy and execution for a large-scale Job Architecture harmonization initiative
  • Partner closely with HR leadership and stakeholders across multiple entities to assess impact, manage resistance, and build adoption strategies
  • Work with external consulting partners (e.g., PwC) to align and communicate Job Architecture framework changes effectively
  • Support change efforts related to Workday deployment and process changes within the HR function
  • Develop and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training enablement
  • Coordinate with the internal HR sponsor and leadership to align messaging and ensure organizational readiness
