Role: Mainframe Admin (Production Support)

Location: Columbus OH (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mainframe Engineer III with strong expertise in one or more of the following:

  • Mainframe Networking

  • Performance & Capacity Reporting/Planning

  • BMC MainView Installation & Customization

Not a Mainframe Developer role.

Must Have

  • 5 10 years of z/OS systems engineering experience.

  • Advanced SMP/E skills.

  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and tuning experience.

  • Knowledge of storage, hardware, networking, performance management, and capacity planning.

  • Experience with change control in regulated environments.

  • Willingness to provide 24x7 on-call support (rotation).

Nice to Have

  • MainView installation & customization.

  • Performance reporting (zPCA, SAS/MXG, Intellimagic).

  • TCP/IP configuration & troubleshooting.

  • WLM performance management.

  • zOSMF installation & deployment.

  • Coupling Facility updates / ISV installation.

  • Banking/financial services experience.
