Our Challenge:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead React.js Developer with JAVA experience to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will lead the design and development of complex web applications using React.js and play a crucial role in shaping our technology stack. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications.

 

Additional Information:

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Atlanta, GA/ Irving, TX/ Minneapolis, MN is $115K-$125K/year & benefits (see below).

 

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and development of web applications using React.js.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Design and implement user-friendly, responsive web interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various browsers and devices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices in coding and design.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in front-end technologies, including React and JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of IT Industry experience with at least 6+ years with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and managing software projects.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  • Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork.

 

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with TypeScript and other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generation (e.g., Next.js).
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
