About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, growth-focused Lead Product Manager to own the top of the funnel for our consumer lending experience. This role is responsible for attracting high-intent users through organic and paid acquisition, optimizing website experiences, and partnering across teams to maximize conversion from visit to application start.
You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Engineering, with a direct line of influence on SEO, SEM, site architecture, and landing page optimization. You'll also work closely with our Mid-Funnel Product Manager to ensure a seamless user journey and continuous conversion improvements across the full acquisition funnel.

You'll also work closely with our Mid-Funnel Product Manager to ensure a seamless user journey and continuous conversion improvements across the full acquisition funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Top-of-Funnel Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive a clear vision for how we attract and engage qualified borrowers across SEO, SEM, and content-driven channels.
- Partner on SEO & SEM Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to implement scalable SEO/SEM strategies-including landing page performance, site structure, and content initiatives.
- Optimize for Conversion and Quality Traffic: Use A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to improve conversion from site visit to application start while balancing CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Connect Top and Mid-Funnel Strategy: Work closely with the Mid-Funnel Product Manager to align landing page experiences with downstream conversion strategies and experimentation.
- Lead Through Data: Monitor key funnel metrics and user behavior using tools like Amplitude, Looker, and Google Analytics to inform prioritization and roadmap tradeoffs.
- Enhance Tooling & Infrastructure : Identify and implement technology that supports better tracking, faster iteration, and improved acquisition performance.
- Champion the User: Bring deep empathy for borrowers to every decision-ensuring messaging, design, and UX align with customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or growth-focused roles.
- A proven track record of driving growth through SEO, SEM, and top-of-funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions (Amplitude, GA, Looker, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot) and web technologies (e.g., CMS, HTML/CSS basics).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills-you can speak both "marketing" and "engineering."
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) is a plus.
- Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Background in consumer lending or financial services.
- Experience in a high-growth, experimentation-driven environment.
- Familiarity with SVPG product principles and outcome-driven product development.
