Job Details

Experience in Java Full stack Architect and to lead the team along with a focus on distributed systems and architecture
Proficiency in Java 17 or later, including Java concurrency, lambda expressions, and functional programming.
Experience with Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and related technologies.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with major database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
Experience with Angular 15 and related technologies (TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Design and Development:
o Design and develop scalable, distributed systems using Java and related technologies (e.g., Spring, JPA, Docker).
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
o Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient Java code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
o Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
Distributed Architecture:
o Design and implement distributed system architectures that meet scalability, availability, and performance requirements.
o Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, highly available, and able to handle high volumes of data and traffic.
o Experience with cloud-based distributed systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Technical Leadership:
o Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
o Collaborate with other senior developers to drive technical direction and strategy.
o Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
o Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
o Analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations.
Communication and Collaboration:
o Communicate technical ideas and plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of developed solutions.
Design and Development:
