Job Title: Oracle Finance Product Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months



Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle ERP Financial modules, including:
    • Credit Management
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Advanced Collections
    • Cash Applications
    • Accounts Payable
    • Cash Management
    • Core Accounting/Finance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to Oracle ERP processes.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and end-user experience.
  • Support ERP testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Lead or contribute to cutover planning, go-live support, and post-implementation activities.
  • Provide support for ERP system integrations and customizations in a technically informed, functionally focused manner.
  • Assist in driving change management initiatives across ERP-related projects and enhancements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in financial modules.
  • Strong functional knowledge with a solid technical understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, and customizations.
  • Proven ability to work through requirement gathering, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions.
  • Experience with cutover and change management processes in ERP environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the staffing industry, preferably Healthcare staffing, is highly desirable.
  • Prior involvement in ERP upgrades, process automation, or financial system transformations is a plus.
  • Change management certification or experience is advantageous.
