RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Marketing Director who will drive the strategic vision and execution of marketing initiatives tailored to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners with $1M+ in assets. The Marketing Director must have held a senior-level marketing role focused on investment services, financial planning, trust, estate planning, and related offerings.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Marketing Leadership: Own and develop comprehensive marketing strategies that position our client as a trusted provider for wealth management services
* Customer Segmentation & Messaging: Drive targeted campaigns to engage and retain affluent clients using tailored messaging, positioning, and value propositions
* Campaign Development & Execution: Design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, events, and partnerships, using platforms such as Adobe
* Client Engagement: Build programs that deepen client relationships and foster loyalty among high-net-worth audiences
* Market & Competitive Research: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive offerings, and client expectations within the affluent and ultra-affluent space
* Brand Stewardship: Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints, aligning with the sophistication and expectations of wealth management clientele
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive stakeholders in wealth management and retail banking to align marketing efforts with strategic business goals
* Team Development: Build and mentor a marketing team beneath this role, cultivating innovation, performance, and accountability
* Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of marketing initiatives, optimize based on data, and present actionable insights to leadership
* Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, with an eye on ROI and strategic priorities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
* 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on wealth management or financial services
* Proven ability to lead teams and strategy within a high-net-worth or private banking environment
* Deep understanding of investment products, financial planning services, and affluent customer behavior
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and related marketing technology platforms (CRM, digital automation tools, etc.)
* Exceptional communication skills and executive presence - must be able to speak the language of wealth and influence
* Data-driven mindset with creative ability to drive market differentiation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
