SAP BRM/Business Analyst

Rate: $40-65/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP BRM (Business Rules Management) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This mid-level position offers the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing projects, enhancing our SAP environments, and ensuring the efficient management and execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and implement SAP business rules using BRM.
Manage SAP projects from conception to completion, including budget, scope, and schedule.
Perform regular checks and updates to ensure SAP systems align with business objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users on the new systems and updates.
Conduct system testing and validation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Prepare detailed reports on the system performance and recommend improvements.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure system integration and data consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 4-6 years of experience working with SAP, specifically in Business Rules Management.
Proven track record in managing SAP implementations and upgrades in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
