Power Platform Developer W2 Only (No C2C)
Multiple Locations (USA)
Contract Duration: 6+ Months

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design and implement scalable Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. This is a W2 role only (no C2C) and open to candidates across multiple locations in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business needs into effective Power Platform solutions.

  • Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and SharePoint-based applications.

  • Create custom SharePoint Lists, Dataverse solutions, and Azure integrations.

  • Follow best practices in low-code development and solution architecture.

  • Gather requirements and create documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience with:

    • Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)

    • Microsoft SharePoint (sites, lists)

    • Dataverse and Azure integration

  • Strong understanding of solution design principles and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Lake House/Data Lake architectures.

  • Microsoft certification(s) in Power Platform or related areas.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Hands-on, values-driven, with a problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
