Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to healthcare and payer operations.
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare workflows.
• Provide expertise in Provider Network Management (PNM), including provider onboarding, credentialing, and network optimization.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements within Salesforce.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Salesforce tools.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, especially Health Cloud and Omni Studio (optional but preferred).
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare or Payer environments.
• Experience with Provider Network Management (PNM) processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models.
