A major beverage and catering company in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence. The role entails building and customizing applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, collaborating closely with Business Product Owners and System Administrators to implement new capabilities on the Salesforce platform. Notably, the company is transitioning to a modern cloud infrastructure with minimal tech debt, offering an opportunity for the developer to shape critical Salesforce capabilities and work alongside senior sales leaders and colleagues in various IT stacks.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Salesforce platform solutions delivery, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC, and a track record of developing clean, modular, and testable solutions. Experience with SFDX, Agile SDLC, managed packages, and Salesforce certifications are preferred qualifications. Responsibilities include collaborating on change and enhancement roadmaps, designing and developing applications, mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and evaluating new features to support business functions.
