Experience :
- ideally have prior experience working on successful custom Java/Angular web applications for the City of New York and/or NYC Administration for Children Services.
Role & Responsibilities:
Architect the end-to-end Data Warehouse solution, defining the technical approach, cloud architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling strategy, ensuring alignment with ACS, OTI, and citywide security standards.
Provide technical and architectural oversight across all development activities, ensuring all design and code adhere to ACS standards, reviewing deliverables, and guiding the development team in implementing best-practice patterns for data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, storage, and analytics.
Lead the technical design for system integration with the Common Client Index (CCI), coordinating with OTI to ensure proper API-based record matching, secure data exchange, and full technical documentation to support long-term OTI maintenance.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for ACS IT leadership, collaborating with the ACS Solution Architect, Tech Liaison, and Program Office to validate architecture decisions, support security certification processes (SSA/AppScan/Veracode), and ensure scalability, performance, and compliance across all components.
