- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Education: Bachelor s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
Proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency with IT partners and key business stake holders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working with regulatory compliance in a financial institution.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
Tools: Familiarity with product management and analytics tools, as well as banking software and platforms.
8 years of Confluence and Jira experience
8 years of Microsoft SharePoint experience
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Basic project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Foundational understanding of web technologies
Server topology (Servers, APIs, CDNs, etc.)
