JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst with strong SAP transactional experience, preferably in SAP Equipment Maintenance, and advanced data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring and resolving SAP-related issues, ensuring data consistency between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, and providing excellent operational support to end users.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP Service Orders and Notifications.
- Analyze and validate data consistency between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics systems.
- Define and implement best practices to maintain data accuracy and reduce transactional errors.
- Process SAP Customer Master requests including updates to Plant, Sales Organization, Functional Location, and other key fields.
- Update and maintain data accuracy within SAP business systems.
- Create, manage, and maintain SAP Equipment and Installed Base Records.
- Track and resolve user transactional issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Extract and consolidate SAP data with data from multiple sources for analytical insights.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 12 years of overall experience in Business Operations, Data Analysis, or SAP Support.
- Hands-on SAP transactional experience, preferably in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or Equipment Maintenance modules.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data reporting or visualization tools.
