Title: Market Data Analyst
Location: Remote - Must reside within eligible U.S. states across multiple regions

Description:
The Market Data Analyst plays a strategic role in evaluating and enhancing the performance of marketing initiatives through advanced analytics. This position supports cross-functional marketing and product teams by delivering data-driven insights that inform decisions and improve business outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, developing reporting tools, refining customer segmentation, optimizing attribution models, and leading experimentation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in marketing analytics and data visualization, paired with strong communication skills and a business-driven mindset.

Required Skills:
5-7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within digital or e-commerce environments
Bachelor s degree in marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related field (Master s degree preferred)
Proficiency in SQL and one or more data analysis tools (e.g., Python or R)
Strong experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or equivalent tools)
Understanding of web analytics systems and tools for data tagging and measurement
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and A/B testing strategies
Ability to communicate data insights to technical and business stakeholders clearly
Strong problem-solving ability with a mindset for continuous optimization
Solid knowledge of customer metrics including CAC, CLTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
Business acumen and experience working in cross-functional environments

Desired Skills:
Experience designing and implementing marketing attribution models
Exposure to Media Mix Modeling or related marketing measurement techniques
Ability to lead experimentation and analyze test outcomes to inform marketing strategy
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting

Compensation:
Salary range: $140K - $160K (includes bonus and LTE) per year
