Overview
This is an onsite role with the expectation is the majority of time spent working is in an office in Phoenix, AZ.
This position performs hardware tracking, analysis, reviews and reporting for the Infrastructure & End User corporate owned computer and mobile assets. Assesses a wide scope of business practices, information, and industry trends. Performs improvements or solutions to address identified hardware asset issues. Prepares technical reports by examining and summarizing asset data and creates specifications to support asset management initiatives. Performs recurring asset management support tasks related to onboarding of hardware assets, maintenance of hardware asset records, data quality assurance and associated reconciliation steps, managing end-of-support/end-of-service, and asset retirement. Review hardware requests and perform needs assessments to determine if requests meet FCB hardware standards. Ensure requests are reviewed and assigned in a timely manner and ensure adequate hardware is on-site for normal business requirements. Evaluate hardware purchasing requirements through reporting and analysis of inventory data. Assist associates with ordering process and work with Hardware Asset Management and ITSM teams to report issues with systems/workflows. Coordinate activities related to asset management, hardware asset deployments, including box pickup requests, termination asset reclamation, asset refresh and assist with general equipment requests. Work with Depot and Asset control and deliver resources, and other Infrastructure teams on process improvements related to the Operational Asset Management functions. Enhance firm's asset management processes based on established governmental and industry practices.

Responsibilities
- Computer configuration services - images and configures computer systems and deployments. Assists with scheduling, PC asset advance replacement and refreshes according to established times and standards.
- Operational Support - Provides support for business operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve team practices. Assists in streamlining daily workflow for overall unit, resolving escalated matters where possible. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements.
- Identifying Objectives - Determines business needs through complex analysis and reporting. Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through the use of specifications, or other forms of documentation.
- Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Systems support role OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Systems support role
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experien ce in hardware asset management, Analytics or Reporting
- E xtensive experience with system management tools, such as SMS or MECM or CMDB inventory tools (Service Now preferred), Excel data tools.
- Previous asset management experience, in a large financial or pharmaceutical organization
- Knowledge of PC and Apple hardware, mobile devices management (JAMF or INTUNE), network, and server infrastructure hardware and technology management tool such as Microsoft Active Directory, NexThink and Absolute.
