Worldwide Technology is looking for a Endpoint Support Specialist Windows Hello. This role is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Title: Endpoint Support Specialist Windows Hello for Business
Location: Remote Work
Duration/Type of Job: 6+ months
Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $20 to $40 hourly (Rate range is on C2C basis). Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.
Endpoint Support Specialist Windows Hello for Business
Position Overview:
Provide hands-on support to end users for the deployment and setup of Windows Hello for Business and FIDO2 key registration, focusing on identity verification and troubleshooting within a Microsoft 365 enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide users through Windows Hello for Business setup, including identity verification using Microsoft Authenticator or Temporary Access Pass.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to authentication and registration processes.
- Support FIDO2 key registration for privileged account holders.
- Proactively reach out to users, schedule meetings, and conduct remote walkthroughs (Teams, chat, screen share) to ensure successful onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with end users to resolve issues and provide clear instructions.
- Contribute to achieving adoption targets (goal: 5,000 6,000 users by year-end).
Required Skills:
- Experience with Windows Hello for Business
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 endpoints.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 enterprise tools (Teams, email, chat, screen sharing).
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills; self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach to users.
