Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled EDI Consultant with deep experience in Infor M3 and EDI integration to join a high-impact ERP transformation project. This role is critical to stabilizing an enterprise-wide migration from Infor LX to Infor M3, supporting over 200 warehouses and 130+ EDI trading partners-ranging from large retailers to small independent businesses.

Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled EDI Consultant with deep experience in Infor M3 and EDI integration to join a high-impact ERP transformation project. This role is critical to stabilizing an enterprise-wide migration from Infor LX to Infor M3, supporting over 200 warehouses and 130+ EDI trading partners-ranging from large retailers to small independent businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to an EDI team (currently 2-3 people) overwhelmed with current workload
- Execute and troubleshoot technical EDI tasks-not just manage or oversee
- Assist with Orderful integration and stabilization of the EDI environment (e.g., test ID usage, data errors)
- Support the Infor M3 migration from legacy platforms (Infor LX, SAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, warehouse, and supply chain
- Monitor and help stabilize existing EDI and ERP workflows as more U.S. plants prepare for go-live in 2026
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve ongoing EDI and integration issues
- Fill functional and technical gaps in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Requirements
- Strong Infor M3 implementation experience, including migrations from Infor LX and/or SAP
- Deep EDI expertise, including working with EDI translators and integration platforms (Orderful preferred, others acceptable)
- Proven understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) process flows within ERP systems
- Experience supporting post-go-live system stabilization in high-complexity ERP environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with multi-site ERP rollouts across complex, distributed organizations
- Background in food manufacturing or food distribution, including cold chain management, shelf life, and expiration tracking
- Familiarity with Infor ION, Mongoose, or M3 CloudSuite
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials
- Understanding of U.S. food regulations (FDA, USDA, etc.)
- Exposure to international ERP rollouts (e.g., Canada, Mexico)
