Position Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer
Job Summary: As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Adobe's digital experience management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications and digital experiences for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Customize and extend AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations to support content authoring, publishing, and personalization.
- Develop and maintain AEM codebase using best practices for coding standards, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
- Implement and configure AEM core components, including Sites, Assets, Forms, and Communities, to support various use cases and functionalities.
- Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign, to enable data-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to ensure the seamless integration of AEM solutions with user interfaces and digital experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of AEM applications and customizations.
- Stay informed about updates, new features, and industry trends in AEM and digital experience management, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms, and AEM Communities.
- Strong proficiency in Java development, including JCR (Java Content Repository), OSGi (Apache Felix), and Apache Sling frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and integrations, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) certification in AEM is desirable.
