Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
  • Manage code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure high performance and maintainability of Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and assess their potential impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 9+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 2+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (LWC and Aura).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integration patterns, and middleware tools.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD processes.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (required).
  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers and review complex codebases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, managed packages, and AppExchange apps.
  • Agile/Scrum project methodology experience.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (a plus).
