AWS Bedrock Automation Specialist

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support data conversion, testing, and technical support for HRIS systems, with a focus on Workday ClientM.
• The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, experience in large-scale data conversions, and the ability to collaboXX with multiple teams to resolve issues and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve data conversion issues, ensuring successful data mapping from legacy systems to Workday.
• Review and disposition test defects, providing timely resolutions.
• Provide technical support for the maintenance or enhancements of HRIS systems.
• Provide tier-two user support, addressing technical issues and system-related inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team to provide ongoing technical support and resolve issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and document high-quality, detailed deliverables.
• Experience presenting to multiple layers of leadership, including Director-level and C-level executives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

• Four years of experience implementing and/or administering HRIS systems, with direct experience in large-scale data conversions.
• Proficiency in data analysis, troubleshooting, and providing technical support within HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing or supporting Workday ClientM.
• Experience administering PeopleSoft ClientM.
• Experience supporting technology in the public sector.
